We count ourselves very lucky here at Innerspace Flooring because we have just THE best team! A tight team of hardworking and committed individuals keeps us focused on our top priority - customer service.

Led by our Director and Founder, Rob, we're a happy band. Always having time for the team's queries, there’s not much our Rob doesn’t know about wood flooring. His expertise lies in project management and anything from a small residential restoration to a multi-level installation project is given the greatest attention to detail and is equally important to the team.

Steph and Mart are our support dream team, looking after client relationships and marketing, and compliance and accounts, respectively, this pair continually ensure all our clients and their needs are our top priority. Steph’s worked with the team for over three years and is still very much enjoying learning about different project needs whilst in terms of all the back office operations, Mart maintains a level of sanity and keeps us all on track - and in line!

The craftsmanship which consistently makes Innerspace stand out from the crowd is all down to our fabulous front end team. Khalid, Peter and Jules are highly skilled longstanding members of the team who go the extra mile in making sure the end result of every single one of our projects delights clients. Nothing is too much trouble for this band of craftsmen and their commitment to quality and service is truly second to none.
